Welcome to VK Limousine (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or using our limousine services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms apply to all reservations and services provided by VK Limousine.

  • By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email at info@VKlimousine.com.

  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

  • Changes to reservations are subject to availability.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the trip.

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

  • Damage caused by passengers to the vehicle’s interior or exterior will be charged to the client’s credit card.

  • The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if passengers behave inappropriately or pose safety concerns.

5. Waiting Time & Delays

  • Airport pickups include a grace period (typically 30 minutes after landing) for baggage claim. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

  • For non-airport transfers, a 15-minute grace period applies. After that, waiting charges may apply.

  • VK Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Vehicle Use & Safety

  • Only authorized passengers may ride in the vehicle.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Luggage and belongings should be safely stored; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

  • The chauffeur’s judgment regarding road safety and routes is final.

7. Liability

  • VK Limousine is not liable for losses, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, mechanical failure).

  • In no event shall VK Limousine’s liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We use your details solely for providing services and communication related to your booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
